ONE EASY WAY TO REGISTER Call Heather Crawford at the Resort at 705-732-4373 for booking information. To avoid disappointment register early (most registrations are made 1 year prior to booking dates). May/June and Sept/Oct are traditionally very popular booking times. Have the following information ready at the time of booking: commencing dates and times/meal departing dates and times/meal age and size of group. After you have registered: A Licence Agreement package (including Individual Guest Waiver form and Diet Restriction form) will be automatically mailed to you. The Licence Agreement must signed by either the Senior Official or Business Administrator of the organization as well as the Group Representative. The Licence Agreement must be returned approximately 3 months prior to your arrival date (as indicated on the Licence Agreement). Reserved dates are finalized only when the Licence Agreement is signed by the Group and is accepted and signed by Muskoka Woods Sports Resort. Mail one non-refundable deposit cheque of $250 (or more as indicated on the Licence Agreement) payable to Muskoka Woods Sports Resort approximately 3 months prior to your arrival date to the Scarborough office: 20 Bamburgh Circle, Suite 200, Scarborough, Ontario, M1W 3Y5. Call Heather Crawford at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date to give her a breakdown number of male/females students and teachers attending. Fax the Diet Restriction Form (if applicable) to the Rosseau office at 705-732-6430 at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival bring the completed Health and Permission Consent Forms for each student to our main office. Final payment is also due upon arrival and must be in a cheque form made payable to Muskoka Woods Sports Resort.
