Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms for evening program will be assigned based on group size and desired program. We have AV equipment available use for during, whether for a Muskoka Woods provided activity, or for your schools' planned activities. Equipment includes LCD projectors, DVD players, projection screens, flipcharts, small sound systems with multi-mic capacity. Some meeting rooms have specialized lighting options.

The Gymnasium

Students should bring an extra pair of indoor running shoes to use in the gym. This is very important, as it will help keep the wood floor in excellent shape. Also please note that there is to be no food or beverages in the gym.

Dining Hall

Meals are served Buffet-style. Please encourage your students to take only what they can eat, then go for seconds. We have juice machines with milk served at breakfast. Tables seat 10 people.

The Hanger

If your group is between 300 and 750 your main meeting room will be THE HANGER, Muskoka Woods largest and best equipped venue. A generously sized elevated stage flanked by 3 screens, a sound system capable of 120db, and a full lighting rig will ensure you have the equipment needed to deliver a memorable experience to your group. When you rent THE HANGER you are supplied with a technician that will ensure your speaker, religious service, play, concert, or full production will be delivered to your audience in a professional manner. The Music Hall

If your group is meeting in the MUSIC HALL, you are in Muskoka Woods' second largest meeting space, which accommodates up to 300 people. A generously sized elevated stage with a centred screen, a sound system capable of 120db, and a small lighting rig will ensure you have the equipment needed to deliver a memorable experience for your group. When you rent the MUSIC HALL you can either request the equipment needed and it will be set up prior to your arrival, or you may bring your own.
