Are you ready for some fun?! The Outdoor Recreation Staff sure are! Our staff are committed to giving your kids the best outdoor experience possible, instructing them so that they develop their skills in a fun and safe environment. We have staff from many different backgrounds, from elementary and secondary school teachers to graduates of Recreation and Leisure programs, and even a handful of international staff thrown in the mix! Our dedicated and fun-loving staff, who are trained in the core values of Muskoka Woods, are there to ensure that the whole camp experience is fun, safe and successful for all. All staff members go through a rigorous selection and training process that includes behavioral interviews, reference checks, skills & experience assessment, police and criminal record check, and a seven day on-site training course.
