To avoid disappointment register early (bookings can be made 1 year in advance). May/June and Sept/Oct are traditionally very popular months.

After you have registered :
A License Agreement package (including Individual Guest Waiver form and Diet Restriction form) will be mailed to you once the details of your trip have been confirmed. The License Agreement must be signed and returned approximately 1 month after receipt (as indicated on the License Agreement). Reserved dates are finalized only when the License Agreement and deposit cheque are accepted and signed by Muskoka Woods.
Call Heather Crawford at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date to give her a breakdown number of male/females students and teachers attending.
Fax the Diet Restriction Form (if applicable) to the Rosseau office at 705-732-6430 at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Upon arrival bring the completed Waiver Forms for each student to our main office. Remove (Final payment is also due upon arrival and must be in a cheque form made payable to Muskoka Woods.)
