How to Register For Camp
Register ONLINE to receive real time confirmation of your child’s acceptance into their chosen weeks and programs. Your confirmation and invoice will be sent via email, as will all future correspondence with us. Our online system is safe and confidential. It uses secure password-protected technology to receive your details and credit card payment (VISA and MasterCard accepted).

We require a deposit of $300 per week & per child and final payments are due April 15th.

If you are unable to register online, you can also register your child by fax, mail, scanned form or bring your registration in person to our Scarborough Office. These forms are processed in the order we receive them so we are unable to confirm program availability on the spot. Arrival and Departure Info
Our front gate opens on Saturdays for arrivals between 4-6 pm during weeks 1-8. Families are welcome and encouraged to drop their children off at camp. Once you've arrived at camp, you can get your child settled in their cabin, meet their counsellor and take a tour of Muskoka Woods. Be sure to enjoy our very own "Muskoka Woods Signature Burger" while grabbing a bite to eat at our BBQ. Then at 6 pm, we encourage all families to attend our Opening Day show. Note that Classic (Week 9) arrival time is between is between 5-6 pm.

GATES WILL NOT OPEN BEFORE 4PM. For safety reasons, an OPP officer may be present directing traffic at our gate. Parents will not be permitted to park along the highway so please plan your arrival time after 4 pm.

Please be advised that Muskoka Woods is not prepared to receive early arrivals on Opening Day.

Alternate arrivals and conditions on pick up
If your child has to miss a day or arrive late/leave early, please notify our office in advance. Please note, there is no adjustment in fees or option to make up missed activities.

If you are planning to have anyone other than those you have authorized on your registration form pick up your child, written permission outlining the details will be required. Those picking up guests should be prepared with photo identification. Muskoka Woods does not release guest information to anyone who is not listed on the registration form as approved by the parent/guardian.


Stayover program
Guests staying for consecutive weeks participate in Muskoka Woods 'Stayover' Program during the day on Saturday while new guests are arriving and the camp is transitioning into a new week. Stayover guests are supervised by Muskoka Woods staff and participate in a variety of activities such as beach parties, games and movies, etc..


NEW FOR 2012 “OPTIONAL INTERNATIONAL STAYOVER PROGRAM”
Do you want the opportunity to explore some of Ontario's biggest landmarks? Check out our new Stayover Day Trips option. This program allows our International guests to leave camp property on a Saturday and travel to some amazing locations in Ontario. This year, we will be offering supervised and planned travel to 3 exciting landmarks.

Imagine screaming with one of your closest friends on Canada's biggest roller coaster, the Behemoth; or being sprayed by the powerful mist of Niagara Falls; or spending the day shopping at one of Ontario's biggest Outlet Malls.

These trips will give you a chance to explore a bit more of Ontario while you're visiting us in Muskoka! All trips include transportation, meals and entrance fees.

  • Canada's Wonderland
    Canada's Wonderland is Canada's premier amusement park and features over 200 attractions, more than 65 thrilling rides, North America's greatest variety of roller coasters, and Splash Works, a 20-acre water park. New for 2012, Canada's biggest, tallest, and fastest roller coaster: Leviathan!

  • Niagara Falls
    Niagara Falls, Canada is a destination unlike any other. From the top the Niagara SkyWheel Attraction (175 feet up) to the base of Horseshoe Falls (188 feet down), Niagara Falls is an awe-inspiring Ontario Canada vacation destination. The Falls give off a round-the-clock roar, a refreshing - and surprisingly far-reaching - mist, and a reminder of just how wondrous our natural world is.

  • Shopping Trip
    Discover more than 240 exciting stores and services including The Bay, Holt Renfrew and Sears at Yorkdale Mall and 250 stores at Vaughn Mills Mall which offers many Canadian retail “firsts” brands such as Michael Kors Outlet, Juicy Coture Outlet, Banana Republic Fashion Store, Lacoste Outlet, Betsey Johnson and many more.

Coach & Airport Service

COACH SERVICE
  • Chartered air-conditioned coaches complete with washrooms, videos and Muskoka Woods staff.
  • Return travel from North West parking lot of The Sports Village in Vaughan. Look for the Muskoka Woods tent.
  • You are expected to check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
  • Departure to Muskoka Woods: Saturdays -2PM SHARP! [check in at 1:30PM]
  • Return Drop-off from Muskoka Woods: Saturdays -12 noon - at The Sports Village!
  • If you are planning on having someone other than Parent 1 or 2 pick your child up from The Sports Village, please ensure that you have notified our registration department with the names of those authorized to pick up your child.
  • Note: Classic [Week 9] Departure is Saturday at 3:00PM from The Sports Village[check in at 2:30PM]
  • Classic [Week 9] Drop-off at The Sports Village is FRIDAY at 12 noon
  • Coach service is refundable up until 7 days prior to use of service.

AIRPORT SERVICE
For guests flying into Toronto, direct ground transportation is offered between Muskoka Woods and Pearson International Airport.

  • ARRIVALS:
    Bus departs from Pearson Airport each Saturday at 3:00 pm. Plan flights to arrive between 11AM – 2 PM


  • DEPARTURES:
    Bus departs from Muskoka Woods each Saturday (Friday for Classic) at 8AM arriving at Pearson at 11AM. Please plan flights to depart between 12PM - 3PM
  • Additional fees will apply if flights arrive or depart outside these times as special arrangements will be required.
  • Please call our office PRIOR to booking your flight if outside the aforementioned times.
  • Flight details must be received by Muskoka Woods office at least three weeks prior to travel (preferably earlier).
  • Pre-booking of flights is required as we are unable to accommodate transportation of guests flying "standby".
  • All airlines have policies regarding children. Please check with airline for further details.


PLEASE NOTE: You may request any of our additional services up until two weeks prior to the service being provided. After that time, we can take requests only as space allows. If you wish to cancel any of these services, you must do so at least one week in advance in order to receive a refund.


Cancellation
Deposits made prior to April 15 are non-refundable. For cancellations after April 15, up until 30 days prior to expected arrival, 50% of total fees are non-refundable. Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, the full registration fee is non-refundable unless a medical certificate accompanies the request.

Please note that there is no adjustment in fee when a guest arrives late or leaves early. Substitution of another guest will not be permitted under any circumstances. This policy includes cancellations as a result of commitments and opportunities [i.e. sports tournaments, tryouts, travelling, summer school, etc.]

For transportation cancellations made at least one week prior to use of service, fees are fully refundable. 100% of fees are non-refundable if a transportation service is cancelled within the week before use.
